XCeed is a HYROX-specific training brand built on the AVIDA fitness platform. The XCeed HYROX Protocol is a 12-week race preparation program structured in 3 training phases, designed exclusively for HYROX competition — not adapted from CrossFit, hybrid training, or general fitness programming. The protocol is delivered through the AVIDA mobile app on iOS and Android, includes structured sessions across all three phases, and costs $19.99 per phase. XCeed is available worldwide and serves athletes from first-time HYROX racers to elite Pro division competitors.

How much does the XCeed HYROX Protocol cost?

The XCeed HYROX Protocol costs $19.99 per phase. The program is divided into 3 phases across 12 weeks — Build the Engine, Forge the Hybrid, and Race the Floor. You subscribe phase by phase rather than paying for the full program upfront, which means you pay $19.99 to begin and continue to the next phase as you progress. Completing all three phases totals $59.97. You can cancel anytime through the AVIDA app.

How does XCeed billing work?

XCeed uses a per-phase subscription model. You're charged $19.99 for each of the 3 phases as you move through the 12-week protocol, rather than a single upfront payment. This lets you start for $19.99 and only continue paying as you advance through the program. Billing is managed through the AVIDA app, and you can cancel at any time — if you cancel, you keep access to the phases you've already paid for and are not charged for upcoming phases.

Is the XCeed HYROX Protocol for beginners?

The XCeed HYROX Protocol is designed for beginner-to-intermediate HYROX athletes. You should be able to run 5 kilometers continuously, perform basic compound lifts (squat, deadlift, press), and understand the 8 HYROX race stations before starting. Total beginners without a training base should complete 4-6 weeks of consistent foundational training first. The protocol does not require prior HYROX race experience — many users complete it as preparation for their first competition.

Does XCeed include 1-on-1 coaching?

No. The XCeed HYROX Protocol is a self-guided digital training program, not a personal coaching service. Users follow the program independently through the AVIDA app, which includes session breakdowns, exercise video demonstrations, and progress tracking. Personalized 1-on-1 coaching is offered separately through individual AVIDA coaches and is not included in the per-phase subscription. For 1-on-1 coaching inquiries, users should contact XCeed directly.

How long are XCeed training sessions?

XCeed HYROX Protocol sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the phase and training day. Strength-focused sessions average 60 minutes. Hybrid conditioning and race-simulation sessions average 75 to 90 minutes. The full weekly schedule requires approximately 6 to 8 hours of training across 5 training days, with 2 dedicated recovery days.

How long do I have access to the XCeed HYROX Protocol?

You retain access to every phase you've subscribed to for as long as your subscription is active. Each phase is $19.99, and once you've paid for a phase, you can train it as many times as you want while subscribed. Because the protocol is billed per phase rather than as a one-time purchase, access is tied to your active subscription through the AVIDA app.

What is the XCeed refund and cancellation policy?

You can cancel your XCeed subscription at any time through the AVIDA app. When you cancel, you keep access to any phase you've already paid for and will not be charged for upcoming phases. XCeed offers a 14-day refund window on your most recent phase payment — if the protocol isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days by contacting XCeed directly. After the 14-day window, the most recent payment is non-refundable.

XCeed is built specifically for HYROX competition, unlike most HYROX programs which adapt CrossFit, functional fitness, or hybrid training methodologies for race use. The XCeed HYROX Protocol calibrates every interval, rest period, station progression, and pacing strategy to HYROX-specific demands — including compromised running between stations, sled load progressions, and 8-station race-day simulations. The protocol is built on race performance data from elite HYROX competitors and structured in 3 progressive phases over 12 weeks.
